Would not mount tires that had a higher load index because "they didn't match the door card" (the lady gave attitude right from the beginning as the answering service didnt relay the appointment or she had not seen it prior to me walking in.) I can understand if the rating was lower but this was not the case and there was no communicating with this lady the answer was no from the moment I walked in. The tires that are on the truck are L/T with a load index of 112(2469lbs) the tires i wanted to put on are are H/T with a load index of 120 (3086 lbs) which would give a smoother rider, higher capacity, longer life due to a higher compound rating and a lower rolling resistance. Educate your employees, and train for better customer service.

A+ for the guys at Tire warehouse. They’re not looking to screw you over a tire… this is if you get attended by the employees. The supervisor called Kim is rude as hell, with no good client service skills at all. She received me at the warehouse with a “sit and wait if u want”

I called on Sunday and needed at least 2 tires but wasn't sure if I should replace all 4. They told me to come right down and made it so easy to get the new tires and get them installed. The woman at the front desk was lovely and super helpful and the gentlemen installing the tires were quick and efficient. Will definitely return.

I will never return to that tire warehouse again. I almost walked out when I arrived. First, I was rudely treated by the women at the front counter when I asked what she meant by taking the tire off and repairing it because she said they do not plug tires. Only after I queationably explained what she meant because I was unsure if that is what she meant could she sarcastically answer, "yeah". Then, I was told the tire cannot be repaired and I need a new one, but that they only had 1 Michelin tire left in stock and no used tires. The mechanic was quick and efficient, but then I realize that I was charged an extra $22.08 for optional road hazard coverage. I was never asked if I wanted it, just charged. The prices are a little high. I had to buy a new $138 tire that after all the fees and coverage was over $200. However, that is the least of my concerns when I walk into a building and already feel like I am a burden to their day and like I was lied to and taken advantage of from the start. Numerous people have told me they have had the same experience with the lady at the front counter. I only wish I checked their reviews and asked friends and family before I pulled in. Very professional. Helped me out last year to get a full set of new tires for my wifes car, and over a year later one of them got a screw in the sidewall. Not repairable, they had one in stock and still under warranty so only had to pay half price. Comes with a full new warranty too. The woman at the front is very respectful and knowledgeable as well. Definitely recommend
